Job Summary
Design and execute inspection and test plans (ITPs) that provide structured oversight and control throughout each stage of installation for EPC energy projects. Conduct detailed site inspections and audits to verify compliance with Linxon standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Proactively intervene to address quality risks, drive corrective actions, and escalate issues as needed. Ensure documentation and records (PQPs, ITPs, non-conformance) are audit-ready. Lead root cause analyses, deliver training to project teams, and generate clear quality reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Align quality assurance strategies with project objectives to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of substation and energy storage installations, with focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems and related infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in quality assurance and control within construction, engineering, or the energy sector, particularly in energy infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and quality management systems
- Experience with engineered equipment manufacturing and installation processes relevant to EPC projects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading quality management on EPC energy infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IEEE, NEC, and ASTM standards
- Experience with inspection plans (ITPs), non-conformance management, and root cause analysis
- Ability to mentor project teams and deliver training on quality processes
- Audit-ready documentation and reporting skills
