Job Summary
Design and execute inspection and test plans (ITPs) for EPC energy projects, coordinate daily inspection activities at construction sites, and ensure all work meets contractual, technical, and quality requirements. Proactively intervene on quality risks, drive corrective actions, and manage non-conformances to resolution. Develop and embed comprehensive quality management plans, ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IEEE, NEC, and ASTM, conduct site audits and inspections, generate quality reports, and provide guidance and mentorship to project teams. Maintain audit-ready quality records (inspection reports, test results, non-conformance documentation) and identify opportunities to improve processes and overall quality performance across projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Proven experience in quality assurance and control within construction, engineering, or energy sector
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and quality management systems
- Experience with engineered equipment manufacturing and installation processes relevant to EPC projects
