Job Summary
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Specialist responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) across all sites; plan and conduct internal and external audits, manage nonconformities and CAPA, analyze performance indicators, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and customer satisfaction. Requires a college/university degree in science (bilingual in French and English), 5 to 10 years of QA experience in manufacturing, strong documentation and training skills, proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to travel (driver's license and passport). Hybrid work arrangement in Boucherville, Quebec.
