Quality Assurance Analyst RCM

Review facility contracts and audit billing accuracy for all lines of business after contract entry into the billing system. Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual billing questions from internal and external customers, including acquisitions, to ensure smooth transitions for clients and the Billing Team. Audit changes made to DDF, IDX, or TELCOR billing systems for accuracy and track related changes. Identify, interpret, and evaluate inconsistencies in billing files, initiating corrective methods as needed. Perform monthly billing audits to ensure compliance with company policies, government, and contractual requirements. Assist the Manager in managing business office functions and support Facility Billing Leadership with other assigned tasks.
