Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on QA experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Experience testing Salesforce, payment systems, or web applications.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with databases such as MySQL, Postgres, or MariaDB.
- Experience executing API, performance, and regression testing.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Consistent attendance and reliability required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
- Prior experience testing healthcare or financial transaction systems, especially those involving claims, reimbursements, or payment programs
