Quality Assurance Analyst- Operations

Job Summary
Conduct spot check audits for operational corrections, receiving, and trade company surveys to monitor compliance with SOs, POs, and ROs. Manage teardown manifest uploads, Approved Vendor Listings, and preventative maintenance logbooks while maintaining calibration logs for facility scales. Facilitate, monitor, and report on recorded Quality Events, recommending corrective and preventive actions for non-conformance issues. Analyze trends based on customer complaints to identify areas for continuous improvement and assist in developing quality standards and procedures. Assist Operations Leadership in producing weekly KPI reports and organizing training interventions to meet quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in the aviation industry
- College degree preferred
