Job Summary
Manage operations and deliverables within the Department of State Program Management Office to support IT services enterprise-wide. Execute all tasks specified in the Quality Management Plan, ensuring quality control, assurance, and continuous process improvement meet Government requirements, contractual standards, and Federal policies. Develop and implement a performance management program measuring service quality and user satisfaction, then submit monthly reports detailing SLA compliance, Service Level Objectives, and Key Performance Indicators. Requires a Secret Security Clearance, Bachelor's degree in IT, and 5+ years of experience. Base salary ranges from $79,390 to $122,870 annually.
