Quality Assurance Analyst - eLearning (Contract) | Open to India-based candidates only

Job Summary
Perform end-to-end testing of eLearning content, covering functionality, design consistency, and user experience. Conduct manual and basic automated testing of web-based training, instructor-led training, and mobile learning courses to ensure compliance with SCORM, AICC, and WCAG/Section 508 standards. Validate content across different Learning Management Systems for compatibility and identify, document, and report defects using tools like Jira. Support accessibility testing to confirm courses meet inclusion requirements. This contract role is open to India-based candidates with 2-4 years of eLearning QA experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in eLearning QA or software testing
- Proficiency in eLearning standards like SCORM, AICC, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG/Section 508)
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Familiarity with QA tools like Jira and test automation platforms
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving aptitude
- English fluency and strong communication skills required
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in QA or testing tools (ISTQB or similar) is preferred but not required
