Quality Assurance Analyst - Consumer Products

Job Summary
Conduct technical audits at factories to identify quality check process issues and drive root cause analysis with suppliers. Perform onsite inspections of finished products and manage third-party consultants to validate quality gates against Disney standards. Analyze quality data to improve factory management systems and provide training for continuous manufacturing optimization. Engage from early design review through sample development to mitigate mass production risks and support short-term and long-term quality strategies. Travel domestically and internationally to managed suppliers for quality management tasks and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and/or the related scopes
- Consumer product or industry-specific experience
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese, both spoken and written
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements globally
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/education combination
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
