Job Summary
Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of post-closing documentation, loan servicing activities and operational processes within the Credit Administration department. Supports quality assurance reviews, audit readiness, reporting and analytics, and process improvements to ensure loan files meet internal quality standards and comply with regulatory, investor, and secondary market requirements. Collaborates with loan officers, underwriters, loan closing and servicing to improve loan processes and operational efficiency, performs risk assessments, assists with Abrego maintenance and system upgrades, and develops dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support reporting and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in commercial lending, credit administration, loan operations or quality assurance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of banking regulations and credit administration standards, audit processes and compliance requirements
- High organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and Power BI
- Excellent organizational, communication, and attention- to- detail skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work across departments
- Experience supporting internal and external audit processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
