Quality Assurance Advisor

Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Advisor will support the ongoing application, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Q&FSMS across a dairy manufacturing environment, lead investigations into non-conformances and verify corrective actions, coach staff in thorough investigations, assist with PRPs and HACCP studies, partner with managers to ensure proper application of PRPs/HACCP, provide technical guidance on quality systems, conduct risk assessments and HACCP reviews, participate in internal audits and verification planning, and contribute to ongoing quality and food safety initiatives with a focus on safe, suitable products.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years' quality assurance experience within dairy or food manufacturing
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
