Quality Assurance

Monitor and update HACCP, SOP, and QA programs while recording statistical data to recommend modifications or new standards. Implement quality assurance programs that monitor product manufacturing in compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and HACCP, and perform analytical tests on incoming raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Assist with supply chain inspections, audits, and random microbiological testing on equipment and product. Maintain a floor presence as an auditor throughout the processing facility to ensure sanitation and food safety compliance. Prepare quality reports by collecting and analyzing trends.
