Job Summary
Second shift Quality Assurance role at Tasty Brands LLC, Owensboro plant. Responsible for maintaining inspection reports, ensuring compliance with federal/state laws and company standards, performing inspections across production stages, identifying opportunities for quality control improvements and implementing new methods, and escalating quality or compliance concerns with urgency. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of inspection/production experience, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and strong organizational and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of inspection and/or production experience
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
