Job Summary
Conduct site audits using the audit system and verify pricing signage, marketing materials, and vending area cleanliness across Amazon locations. Formulate coaching and training plans for frontline employees based on audit results, covering customer service, storage cleanliness, and stocking protocols. Develop action plans for high-level escalations using the Amazon alignment format and establish weekly site visit plans. Provide weekly updates to the Compliance Manager and Operations team regarding accomplishments and concerns. Complete a three-week training program in Warren, Ohio, followed by field tours at Amazon sites and the Home Branch. Travel is required for this role, with a schedule varying between days, nights, and weekends.

- Must be able to bend, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, crouch and kneel for extended periods of time

Desired Qualifications
