Job Summary
Monitor and verify food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout production by performing in-process and finished product testing, conducting raw material inspections, and recording production temperatures. Place product on hold when out-of-specification results are identified, clearly label segregated materials, and assist in evaluating customer complaints by reviewing production records and lot traceability. Conduct daily GMP walks in production and warehouse areas to identify hygiene violations, perform environmental monitoring and swabbing, and maintain sanitary conditions while organizing laboratory inventory. Submit work orders for equipment repairs, verify calibration logs for scales and thermometers, and document findings for glass and brittle plastic inspections. Support internal and external audits, ensure HACCP compliance, and communicate food safety issues to supervisors to initiate corrective action.

- Ability to work in hot, humid, wet, and industrial production environments
- Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators, gloves, hearing protection, face shields, and protective clothing
