Job Summary
Quality Associate responsible for final quality reviews of customer orders, ensuring compliance with specifications and documentation, and coordinating nonconformance/rework with internal and external stakeholders. This role owns the withhold area, supports continuous improvement projects, prepares external testing/SOP documentation, and communicates quality-related issues and timelines to customers and production teams. Duties include compiling and delivering special process certification packets, arranging external testing logistics, maintaining accurate test reports, and assisting with the write-up of commercial orders while supporting corrective actions and timely attendance. Requires an education credential such as a one-year technical certificate or equivalent experience; entry-level manufacturing QA experience is typical. Portland, OR in-person site with standard benefits.
Required Qualifications
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
