Job Summary
Quality Associate I inspects products for defects, performs repairs to restore cosmetic standards, conducts routine checks/audits, applies labels, communicates non-conformances, maintains clean/organized workspace, and supports calibration/repair of production machinery. Requires attention to detail, ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED is required; forklift/equipment license may be needed. Position involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 100 lb occasionally, and operating PPE as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing/distribution operation preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift or equipment license as needed or required
- Must read, write and communicate in English
