Quality Associate

Quality Associate responsible for ensuring accurate review and quality assurance of payment posting and revenue cycle operations to support reliable financial records and customer account resolution. Based in Chennai, India, this in-person role reports to the Associate Quality Manager. The role supports the Technology Enabled Services team, delivering data-driven insights and process improvements to enhance client value and operational efficiency in US healthcare RCM, including Payment Posting, AR Management, and Clinical Document Services. Key responsibilities include 50% business analysis and process improvement (root cause analysis, trend analysis, data storytelling, Lean Six Sigma-driven design of automated solutions), 40% project and stakeholder management (planning, risk management, cross-functional collaboration), and 10% mentorship and training (creating content, onboarding, using AI-assisted tools for data review while applying professional judgment). Additional duties involve ad hoc investigations, training material development, automation and reconciliation improvements, internal audits support, and participation in cross-functional meetings. Required education is UG or PG degree with 5–7 years of US healthcare experience, plus knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory guidelines, and ability to work in a Chennai-based, in-person environment.
