Quality Assistant

Conduct quality controls, measurements, and inspections for incoming materials and finished products using manual tools and protocols. Document test results, manage deviations through root cause analysis, and coordinate with suppliers on corrective actions. Maintain calibration schedules for measurement instruments and update quality procedures and work instructions as needed. Monitor production via rondes and sampling to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. You will report to the Quality Lead and support the new quality department in Löddeköpinge as production moves there in 2026. This role offers the opportunity to actively shape the quality function and grow into larger responsibilities in supplier quality and improvement.
