Job Summary
Supervise the Hospital Quality Improvement and Patient Safety program through clinical service audits, policy compliance reviews, and process improvements based on incidents. Conduct audits of clinical and non-clinical services, collect and analyze quality indicators, and manage the Medblaze Quality Management System including user access and document workflows. Receive and grade incident reports, assign owners, and execute proactive risk reduction strategies such as Failure Mode & Effect Analysis. Act as a Subject Matter Expert by training staff on quality and safety topics, and assist the department head in preparing reports for the director, quality committee, and external accreditation agencies. Requires a Health Professional Diploma with three years of clinical supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) Degree from Health Professional
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical work experience at shift responsibility/supervisor level or preferably head nurse
- Experience in supervising the process of providing clinical services, for example serving as supervisor / coordinator / in charge in a clinical service unit, both in nursing and medical support
- Familiarity with risk management practices and incident reporting processes

- Worked in a hospital and understand business processes in several departments/service units
- Have an understanding of various hospital policies & procedures
