Quality and Risk Manager

Lead on the implementation and delivery of clinical governance activities with a focus on risk, incidents and investigations; ensure regulatory compliance and support external standards and inspections. Develop and coordinate investigations, liaise with Heads of Department and the Senior Leadership Team, and ensure Duty of Candour requirements are met. Drive organisational learning by designing and implementing systems and processes, and demonstrate excellent communication and change-management skills to improve care delivery and patient safety within the Harley Street Clinic/HCA UK. The role emphasizes governance expertise, incident management, auditing, and ongoing professional development within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
