Job Summary
Lead QA and production quality programs in a manufacturing environment, reporting to the Plant Manager with 1 direct report. Oversee QA practices within the QMS, implement policies as regulations change, coach production staff on quality standards, HACCP, and regulatory initiatives, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions; interact with production staff to maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (HACCP, GMPs)
- Interpersonal/training/coaching skills
- Analytical problem solving/root cause analysis
