Quality and New Product Deployment Engineer

Job Summary
Drive quality improvement and new product deployment by analyzing production quality problems, coordinating customer returns, and initiating rapid corrective measures. Lead customer quality issue resolution and risk assessments to satisfy specific requirements, while establishing permanent corrective actions and developing customer satisfaction plans. Manage Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Process Control, and APQP activities to ensure smooth product launches and maintain robust process controls. Train technicians, conduct audits, and drive manufacturing improvements across customer groups to achieve 100% specification compliance.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Hands On experience as a Quality Engineer, with minimum of 3 years' experience
- Working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools, VDA & IATF Quality Management Systems
- Product launch experience (preferred with electronic components)
- Time and program management skills
- Capability to drive positive change in our processes and products
- Root Case Analysis and Corrective Actions skills (8D)
- MS Office, Oracle / Agile, Customer Web Portal capabilities
- Robust communication skills (written & verbal) in English and EU languages
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
