Job Summary
Quality and Improvement Manager leading automation and AI initiatives within HR tech to streamline deliveries and maximise customer value. Responsible for developing Sweden-focused AI/automation strategy, identifying high-impact automation opportunities, prioritising initiatives with the business, and ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions across the delivery organisation. Acts as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and technology, and evangelises the possibilities of automation and AI. Requires 5–10 years of experience in process automation and payroll/HR digitalisation, IT programming, and experience with Lean and Six Sigma, plus strong stakeholder communication skills, fluency in Swedish and English, and willingness to travel. Hybrid remote working arrangement with collaborations across SD Worx Sweden.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5–10 years’ experience with process automation and digitisation of payroll and HR processes
- Experience with IT programming and the use of AI tools
- Experience in Lean and Six Sigma
- Academic degree in IT or equivalent
- Experience in consultancy, product development or similar roles
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Very good understanding of HR and payroll processes and experience working in complex IT environments
- Willing to travel for work when required
