Job Summary
Quality Analyst responsible for leading quality initiatives to drive premium product quality, including root cause analysis and implementing countermeasures. Coordinate technician activities across shifts to execute critical quality control plans (hold orders and reworks) and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes and product design parameters. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 6+ months of manufacturing experience; preferred qualifications include OpEx, Six Sigma Black Belt, PFMEA, Control Plan, and CPk/CPM experience.
