Job Summary
Quality Analyst role supporting deposit account dispute processing and data furnishing activities with a focus on FCRA compliance. Investigates consumer report disputes, performs detailed analysis, and provides recommended resolutions. Validates data furnished to NSCRAs, critically evaluates system data and outbound transmission files, and assists in identifying and remediating data or process-related issues. Preferred understanding of FCRA requirements, deposit account products, and NSCRA reporting practices. Requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically two to three years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
- Experience with deposit account products and operations
- Knowledge of Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requirements
- Familiarity with NSCRAs reporting practices
