Job Summary
Senior Quality Analyst – SDET responsible for designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for UI and API layers, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, and driving quality engineering practices in Agile environments. Key responsibilities include UI automation (Selenium WebDriver with Java), API automation (REST Assured or equivalent), data validation across UI/API/DB, framework design and governance, CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), test data management, reporting with Allure/ExtentReports, code reviews, and participation in Agile ceremonies. Must collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts, perform defect management in JIRA, and adhere to coding standards while ensuring coverage and efficiency. Location: Bangalore, India with requirement to work from the office at least three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Total Experience: ~8 years in QA / Testing
- Minimum 4+ years in automation (UI + API)
- Strong programming skills in Java (preferred) or Python
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts
- Experience building frameworks from scratch
- UI automation using Selenium WebDriver
- REST API automation using REST Assured (Java) or equivalent
- Experience with TestNG/JUnit
- Maven/Gradle build tools
- Git version control
- SQL for database validation
- CI/CD integration experience
- JIRA and Confluence experience
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Willing to work from Bangalore office location minimum 3 days in a week
