Job Summary
Conduct regular audits and assessments of healthcare processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. Analyze data to identify trends and provide strategic solutions for performance optimization. Collaborate with operations teams to develop quality improvement initiatives, prepare reports for management, and perform root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Provide training to staff on quality assurance practices and maintain production involvement to support operational efficiency. Ensure accuracy through detailed feedback and process calibration. Minimum of three years in US healthcare hospital billing required with strong analytical skills.
