Quality Analyst - GCC

Conduct thorough quality checks on background screening reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards. Review and verify information in background reports while analyzing processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures, monitor adherence to protocols, and provide coaching to enhance team performance. Participate in root cause analysis, track quality metrics, and assist in audits to ensure regulatory alignment. Handle stakeholder inquiries and support the implementation of new quality technologies. Requires 1–2 years of experience in quality control, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work confidentially in a fast-paced environment.
