Job Summary
Quality Analyst at Arhaus working onsite at the Corporate Office in Boston Heights, OH. You will prepare quarterly quality and packaging reports, drive vendor improvements through data and leadership, refine processes to meet customer requirements, collaborate with Stores/Concierge/PD/Buying/Distribution to resolve issues, issue vendor chargebacks as needed, ensure invoice/receipts accuracy per SOPs, and support problem resolution and action plans. Requires 2+ years in quality/packaging/warehouse, experience with QMS and regulatory/testing checks (CPSC, BFMA, UL, ETL, GCC), strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams; travel may be required; onsite role at the Boston Heights, OH campus.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as manufacturing, quality management or related discipline is preferred
- At least 2 years of quality/packaging/warehouse experience
- Experience with QMS systems, deviation investigations, OOS, CAPAs and Change Controls
- Experience with domestic and international factories is a plus
- Experience with regulatory and performance testing including CPSC, BFMA, UL, ETL, GCC
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of ethics, integrity, judgment, and confidentiality
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit; frequent speaking/listening; and travel, including overnight
