Quality Analyst – AR (US Healthcare RCM)

Job Summary
Detail-oriented Quality Analyst – AR role focused on auditing AR activities (insurance follow-ups, aging, denials, collections), reviewing claim resolution workflows against client guidelines, identifying quality gaps, performing root-cause analysis, documenting results, and preparing quality reports. Requires knowledge of US payer rules, coding norms, and RCM practices; tools include Cerner, Athena, Epic, AdvancedMD, and Excel; bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business or related field; 1–2 years of QA experience in US healthcare RCM AR follow-up; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business, or related field)
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in US healthcare RCM, specifically in AR follow-up
- Strong knowledge of denial types, AR workflows, payer communication, and appeals process
- Hands-on experience with Cerner, Athena, Epic, AdvancedMD or similar billing platforms
- Proficiency in Excel and audit tracking templates
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and RCM compliance standards
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is a plus
