Quality Analyst (1 Year Contract)

Job Summary
Support the regional Quality Manager with day-to-day quality and internal audit activities, including preparing and submitting quality deliverables and guiding the operational team through incident reporting. Execute and report on internal audits in accordance with contractual requirements, while tracking and closing non-conformances. Monitor operational data metrics to identify improvement opportunities, lead root cause analysis, and design robust action plans. Ensure policies, processes, and work instructions are cohesive, organized, and timely. Requires one to three years of experience in quality management systems, internal audit, and business process optimization. Hybrid schedule available.
Required Qualifications
- More than one year up to three years of job related experience
- University graduation or professional certification in a related field
- Knowledge of quality management systems and practices
- Knowledge of internal audit and continuous improvement
- Thorough understanding of business process optimization
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Data reporting, verification and analysis skills
- Attention to relevant detail
- Effective written and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
