Job Summary
Maintain quality system documentation, controlled records, and regulatory filings for FAA/EASA manuals. Schedule and oversee employee training while serving as backup to the Q.C. Inspector to monitor operations for safety and compliance. Support corrective action follow-up, manage external provider records, and assist Quality Management with administrative tasks. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Located at the Burbank, California facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
- Ability to type with accuracy and speed
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to adjust to rapidly changing circumstances and priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Aviation industry and FAA regulatory experience
- At least 2 years of related experience in office administration or related field
