Job Summary
This role primarily provides project and program assistance within the Performance Improvement department, focusing on data entry and analysis, project management, and administrative support to the PI Director. Responsibilities include organizing departmental projects, performing complex searches, managing budgets, and creating various documents and presentations. Candidates must possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, alongside relevant certifications, and demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. The position requires three years of relevant experience, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree
- Current and valid Alaska driver’s license
- 3 years of work experience in data tracking and trending
- Clerical assistance experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Understanding of HIPAA privacy laws
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask
