Job Summary
Conduct independent inspections and measurements of engine components during assembly or at receiving, utilizing sampling or full inspection protocols. Monitor dimensional accuracy, color fidelity, surface finish, documentation, and packaging condition while adhering to established quality standards. Collaborate with Quality Engineers to document inspection results and generate stop-to-fix reports for deviations. Submit process improvement ideas and maintain precise records. Requires a technical vocational training, strong reading comprehension of technical drawings, and proficiency in MS Office. Schedule includes shift work.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (Industriemechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker, Mechatroniker, etc.) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sicheres Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, hauptsächlich Word und Excel
- Ein gültiger Arbeitsnachweis oder die Staatsbürgerschaft eines EU-25/EFTA-Landes
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung ist wünschenswert
- Bereitschaft, einen Kran- und Staplerschein zu erwerben
