Conduct internal and external audits for DIN EN ISO 9001-compliant manufacturing processes, ensuring quality-relevant documents and results meet customer standards. Manage the quality process landscape to maintain applicability and effectiveness while preparing for and executing audits across technical departments. Review quality-related documentation during proposal and project development phases, and report regular updates on quality measures to the management board. Serve as the external contact point for customers, authorities, suppliers, and internal teams. Develop quality processes collaboratively with leadership to drive continuous improvement in drone defense systems deployed by security agencies and armed forces.
