Job Summary
Handle customer complaints and internal issues to optimize customer satisfaction using 8D methodology. Monitor and continuously improve production processes and series products applying standard quality techniques. Plan, prepare, and conduct internal and external audits, including tracking corrective and improvement measures. Perform initial sampling of parts, components, and products. Contribute to development projects for quality pre-planning of new products, such as APQP, D-/P-FMEA, and SPC. This role supports Spheros' mission to develop thermal management solutions for urban mobility and refrigerated fleets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent study or training as a Technician or Master with a focus on Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge in the areas of quality management, method competence for quality planning and monitoring, and problem-solving procedures
- Experience in process evaluation
- Secure handling of PC and Office applications
- Good SAP knowledge, especially in the use of the QM module
- Good English skills in writing and speaking

- ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive environment
- High flexibility combined with self-reliance and quick comprehension
- Good team and communication skills
