Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive technical and visual inspections of incoming parts and materials against blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Monitor internal material distribution to ensure production lines receive correct components on time. Design and maintain an optimized warehouse layout that maximizes space, adheres to safety standards, and streamlines pick efficiency. Collaborate with the logistics team during peak periods to support order packing, quality control, and shipping documentation. Requires a completed technical vocational training (EFZ), ability to read technical drawings and use precision instruments, and strong English (B2) skills. Offers flexible hours, no shift work, and free snacks within a venture-backed robotics startup founded at ETH Zürich.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung (EFZ) in einem technischen Bereich
- Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen, Schemata und Fertigungsspezifikationen zu lesen und zu interpretieren
- sicherer Umgang mit präzisen Mess- und Prüfinstrumenten
- Exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich, B2 oder besser)
- Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Zuverlässige und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätskontrolle
- Erfahrener ERP Nutzer
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Fertigung, Elektronik oder Automotive
- Fliessende Kommunikation in Deutsch
