Qualitative Project Manager (Remote) EU hours

Manage qualitative projects through the full project life cycle, including managing clients, partners and healthcare professional samples. Responsibilities include screening, scheduling and confirming respondents for TDIs, focus groups, in-person IDIs, online qual interviews, and replacing no-shows as needed; setup and testing of surveys/screeners; monitoring statistics; managing respondent honoraria and invoicing; coordinating kickoff meetings; providing regular updates on recruitment status; identifying fielding concerns and working with sales/operations to improve study performance; and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely deliverables. Requires governance of study profitability and budgeting. Mentoring and guidance to Market Research Project Management team as needed. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; 2-3 years in market research project management, healthcare focus preferred; strong analytical, problem-solving, autonomous work style, and exceptional MS Office and communication skills.
