Qualitative Project Manager (Remote) EU hours

Job Summary
Manage qualitative projects through the full project life cycle including client, partner and healthcare professional sample; facilitate screening, scheduling and confirming respondents for TDIs, focus groups, in-person IDIs, online qual interviews, and ensure respondents are prepared per client requirements; replace no-shows and manage late responses and last-minute materials; setup and testing of survey/screener, monitor statistics, and manage respondent honoraria and closing/invoicing; coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings to ensure understanding of specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities; provide regular updates on recruitment status to meet client needs; proactively identify fielding concerns and collaborate with sales and operations to address issues and improve performance; manage and leverage vendor relationships to ensure timely deliverables and issue resolution; manage study profitability by monitoring project costs; provide guidance to Market Research Project Management team as needed; Working hours: EU time zone; submit CV in English; LI-LC1; LI-Remote.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare
- Experience in qualitative methodology (preferred)
- Strong time management, organizational and communication skills
