Job Summary
Support children and adolescents in the school setting daily, providing companionship and active promotion of inclusion and social justice. Maintain an open, child-focused approach while utilizing strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholder groups. Possess a state-recognized qualification in social assistance, education, or special pedagogy, along with experience working with youth and a valid driver's license. Work part-time (22-32 hours) or full-time in Hildesheim, Alfeld, Laatzen, and surrounding areas, with compensation covering closed and holiday periods. Required Qualifications
- Abschluss im pädagogischen oder sozialen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
