Job Summary
Social Worker needed to join Liquid Personnel’s client’s Generic Team in the UK. Responsibilities include conducting strength-based assessments to determine adults’ needs, risks and eligibility for support; developing and reviewing person-centred care and support plans to promote independence, wellbeing and safeguarding; and coordinating with health professionals, community services and partner agencies for safe, timely interventions. Hybrid working arrangement with an initial 3-month contract. Requirements: Social Work England registration, full UK driving licence, post-qualification experience, and a degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
