Qualified Professional-SACOT/SAIOP (Kinston, NC)

Provide professional services and treatment within the scope of QP status, including coordinating initial and ongoing assessments, PCP development, and monitoring implementation. Deliver individual, group, and family counseling support, as well as biochemical assays to identify drug use, while implementing relapse prevention strategies for persons with physical disabilities or co-occurring disorders. Offer first responder crisis response on a 24/7/365 basis, responding face-to-face within two hours to recipients. Manage case arrangements, link multiple services, and assist recipients in accessing benefits and community resources. Full-time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule with pay of $18-$25.00. Provisional licensed professionals may fill this role.
