Job Summary
Provide therapy and crisis intervention to clients on the waitlist via home visits, community settings, or telehealth. Link families to vital community resources and services while collaborating with supervisors to ensure smooth care transitions. Strengthen relationships with referral sources and community partners, and lead outreach or marketing efforts to promote programs. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- At least one year of post-graduate counseling experience
- A flexible, adaptable mindset — you see change as an opportunity for growth
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment, especially in high-pressure situations
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- A confident communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills — able to connect effectively with clients, families, colleagues, and community partners
- Interpersonal skills that foster mutual trust, respect, and collaboration
- Self-motivation and initiative; you take ownership of your work and follow through
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Comfort providing services in the community (must have reliable transportation)
- Experience supporting youth and families from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships across the community
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual/Spanish fluency is a PLUS
