Job Summary
Hybrid Qualified Professional (QP) for I/DD in Raleigh, NC. Lead staffing for 25–30 active cases, recruit and assign staff, supervise DSPs, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, develop and approve ISPs, review documentation, coordinate with QM and Nursing, support CARF and audits, manage incident reporting and quality assurance, and collaborate with SCS and community partners. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills essential; must have reliable internet, transportation, and be able to sit/stand/walk and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet the official North Carolina definition of a Qualified Professional (QP)
- Five years of supervisory and/or management experience and/or five years of dedicated experience in human services
- Possess a license, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit issued by a governing board regulating a human service profession; OR graduate degree in a human service field with post-graduate experience; OR bachelor’s degree in a human service field with post-graduate experience; OR bachelor’s degree in any field with post-graduate experience
