Job Summary
Qualified Professional to support and advocate for Service Recipients receiving Innovations Waiver or State Funded Services. Develop individualized short-term goals and interventions; conduct clinical and employee supervisory visits; provide ongoing development plans and annual performance evaluations for direct care staff; participate and advocate for recipients in ISP meetings; monitor billing and maintain documentation; represent Abound Health at community events and engage in outreach to raise awareness and connections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related human service field with 2 years of full-time IDD experience
- Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with 4 years of full-time IDD experience
- Master’s degree in a related human service field with 1 year of full-time IDD experience
