Job Summary
Residential Group Home Manager leading a team of caregivers for residents with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Responsibilities include supervision and oversight of services, development of structured care plans, hiring, training and development, staff management, compliance, and ensuring quality services for residents’ health, safety, and welfare. Collaborates with families and external entities; accountable for attendance and required training. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, NC mental health qualified professional credentials, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid, with knowledge of Medication Administration and de-escalation. In-person, on-site leadership role based in Charlotte, NC with a typical Monday–Friday schedule; compensation includes benefits and 403(b).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from an accredited institution
- NC mental health qualified professional
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance
- Ability to supervise, hire, train and monitor direct support staff
- Experience developing structured care plans and coordinating with families/external entities
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Medication Administration awareness
