Job Summary
Provide supervision and oversight of services for residents in the Residential Group Home, participating in the provision and development of structured care plans. Manage hiring, training, and development of direct support staff while monitoring compliance and ensuring quality services that support health, safety, and welfare. Collaborate with families and external entities, adhere to policies, manage attendance, and complete required training. Maintain a flexible schedule Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and NC Qualified Professional certification required.
Required Qualifications
- in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and techniques as well as their practical application in a group home setting
- ability to work independently
- adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis
- proof of Bachelor's Degree from an approved accredited institution in a Human Services program
- meet the qualifications for a NC mental health qualified professional
- valid driver's license
- good driving record
- current auto insurance
