Qualified Paint Sprayer

Paint Sprayer responsibilities include preparing, masking, and spraying composite components to Airbus specifications as part of the W51 team, with the option of 12/7 day shifts or core night shifts. The role requires obtaining a self-certification stamp to certify own work, contributing to a safety-first culture, following standard work and training, and supporting problem solving and continuous improvement through Kaizen activities. Essential qualifications include City & Guilds level 3 or NVQ in Paint Spraying, ability to work to SOPs, and a safety-first mindset; desirable experience includes prior industrial paint spraying and night-shift work.
