Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard while ensuring legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to. Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children, implementing the EYFS with a good understanding of child development. Ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures, reporting any issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services. Work in partnership with parents and partners to ensure children thrive, maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
